On Monday, the 5th of June 2023, the pre-primary students observed the world environment day. To bring about awareness amongst the students, a special assembly was conducted.The teachers from KG II enacted a role-play on the importance of saving trees and how the animals and birds would be affected without trees. Students enthusiastically made their take-aways, a constant reminder about the importance of ‘Saying NO to plastics’ and ‘Going green’. The celebrations concluded with a pledge by the students to ‘Save trees’ and ‘Save nature’.
