INDIAN CONSTITUTION DAY – 2023

Indian Constitution Day, also known as Samvidhan Diwas, is celebrated on November 26th every year. It commemorates the adoption of the Constitution of India on this day in 1949. This day is also recognised as National Law Day.
At National Public School, Chikkabanavara, Constitution Day was observed to educate students about the significance of the Indian Constitution and the principles it enshrines. A special assembly was conducted wherein an Oath was taken by the staff and students to express their commitment to the values and principles outlined in the Indian Constitution, which was administered by Hemal, the Vice-President of the school. A speech on the significance of the day was delivered by Aswathi Bimal of Grade XII.
By observing Constitution Day in our school, we aim to instil a sense of pride in students about their country’s democratic principles and help them understand the importance of upholding the constitutional values.
