Remembering India’s Triumph in the Kargil War

Kargil Vijay Diwas, observed on July 26th every year, is a significant day in the history of India, commemorating the successful culmination of the Kargil War in 1999.

This day is observed in India with great respect and honour. At National Public School, Ckbnr the day is marked by a special assembly conducted wherein students spoke about the significance of the day, in order to pay tribute to the valiant soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation. This day serves as a solemn occasion to remember and honour the brave hearts who laid down their lives for the country and to reaffirm the nation’s commitment to defend its borders at all costs.
