Dussehra, the festival of triumph and joy was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the Pre-Primary students on Tuesday, the 1st of October 2024.
The hall was vibrant with colours as decorations adorned every corner and the air buzzed with excitement. The little ones, dressed in traditional attire, added a touch of charm and innocence to the festivities.
The event began with a story narrated by a teacher, depicting the victory of good over evil, the central theme of Dasara. Students also danced and recited shlokas.
The Dussehra Doll display had a magical allure that captured the imagination of everyone who visited. It was a breathtaking spectacle of colour and creativity, capturing the essence of tradition and artistic brilliance. Rows of intricate figurines, each telling its own unique story, were meticulously arranged to depict scenes from mythology, folklore and everyday life.
As the celebration came to an end, it was clear that the spirit of Dussehra had left a lasting impression on the young hearts, teaching them the values of courage, unity and the eternal victory of light over darkness.
